6、开放办学 Open Education
学校积极推进国际交流与合作，目前已经与泰国、越南、印度尼西亚等东南亚国家以及我国的台湾地区十多所高校建立了友好合作关系，广泛开展互派师生及学术交流等教育交流和合作。
HCU has established regular exchanges and cooperation with many universities and institutes abroad. In particular, HCU is working with a number of colleges and universities in Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia with whom it is carrying out extensive academic exchanges and cooperation.
